5. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
6. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently excluded from the Platform.
7. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

4.2 KYC Documentation

jcash88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement, e-wallet screenshot)
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed applicable thresholds

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. jcash88 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any KYC review.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify jcash88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. jcash88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Deposits & Payments

jcash88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of approved Malaysian payment methods, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB are also accepted at the equivalent MYR value at time of processing.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction (or cryptocurrency equivalent)
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method; refer to the deposit page for current limits
• Processing time: Instant for e-wallets and DuitNow; 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the originating source.
• jcash88 does not accept cash deposits or bank cheques.
• jcash88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though processing times may vary for large amounts.
4. Standard withdrawal processing time is 3–60 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods; up to 24 hours for bank transfers during peak periods.
5. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only the real-money component of your balance, and any bonus-derived winnings that have satisfied wagering requirements, may be withdrawn.
6. jcash88 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may temporarily delay payment.
7. jcash88 reserves the right to void winnings and decline withdrawal requests if there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, system errors, or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

jcash88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Malaysian festivities. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered at the specified multiplier (as disclosed in the relevant promotion terms) before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Each player is eligible to claim each welcome bonus offer once only.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• jcash88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, low-risk strategies (e.g., covering both sides of a market), or any form of coordinated abuse may have their bonus voided and their account reviewed.

7.3 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated purely from a bonus credit may be capped at a specified multiple of the original bonus amount. Players will be notified of any such cap in the promotion's terms.

7.4 Cryptocurrency Bonus

The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688 per transaction) is available to verified accounts making a qualifying crypto deposit. Standard bonus terms, including wagering requirements, apply. The MYR-equivalent value is calculated at the exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on jcash88 are governed by individual game rules, which are displayed within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game.

• jcash88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system or pricing error.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the decision of jcash88 (following review of server-side logs and, where applicable, the relevant sports data provider) shall be final.
• Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other covered events — are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and competition. These rules are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• In-play betting is subject to additional terms regarding bet acceptance latency and market suspension during live events.
• jcash88 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any player or account at its sole discretion.
• Winnings from games that experience a technical malfunction are void. jcash88 is not liable for any losses incurred due to technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jcash88. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account, or conspiring with others to open multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk strategies, coordinated wagering, or any pattern of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting systems, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from jcash88.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from unlawful activities. jcash88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering legislation and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Impersonation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, or representing yourself as another individual.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or system. Players who discover errors are obligated to report them immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of jcash88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jcash88.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jcash88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

jcash88 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

In any event, jcash88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jcash88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by jcash88

jcash88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, or upon reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct. In such cases, jcash88 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation.

12.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts closed for responsible gambling self-exclusion purposes will be processed with priority.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jcash88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of up to RM10 on dormant accounts, which will be deducted from the remaining balance. Players will be notified prior to dormancy fees being applied and may reactivate their Account by logging in.

Amendments to These Terms

jcash88 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
